Tuesday, March 3rd - Day 16
164 Miles
Back to civilized life after these 3 days spent in the desert.
Just enough time to refuel and we quietly drive back to LAS VEGAS
We identified a possible Dry camp site a few miles from Las Vegas.
We arrive at Corn Creek in the early afternoon. The Visitor Center is closed but we get some information from a local traveler who knows the place well and shares with us precious information for the rest of our trip.
Vincent and Gauthier leave by car to find the possibilities of installation of our RV.
We are at the door of the Arizona desert. The view is magnificent.
When they come back we decide to settle in the second spot already occupied by a caravan but the possibilities are not numerous in the sector!
The first spot is occupied by 2 campers and the third one, much more distant, is difficult to reach with the RV.
We park so as not to disturb our neighbors and their solar panels.
Our installation is fast and we put the course in car towards LAS VEGAS, its hotels, its casinos, its galleries...
Small stop in the south to complete our equipment in Camping World and Ikea (we like them!)
Parking in the South of LAS VEGAS Boulevard and stroll in the city on foot.
We cross the galleries, casinos but remain amazed by the ballets of the fountains of water of the BELLAGIO (every 15 minutes the night).
Meal in a Skake sharch.
Return to the RV for midnight.
