It's official, we are now isolated from our homeland for the next few weeks.

Our friends from URUBU have arrived in France.

Our boat mates, the situations are sometimes difficult according to the places. In the Marquesas, Mamarossa has just been chased out of her anchorage by the locals who had welcomed them with flowers a few weeks ago.

The others let loose on the WhatsApp group of "Anchorage de Folie" ...

The atmosphere is surreal.

Departure planned at 8 am with a long road ahead.

It was without counting on the technical problems: problem of inflation of the left rear tire of the RV.

Probably a problem with the valve that was not correctly mounted since the balancing.

Beautiful sun this morning, but the sky is covered little by little.

Road to HOLBROOK for full Diesel of the RV.

Stop for the repair of the tire and checking of all the others the whole for a fixed price of 50$ Phew! This time we escaped the special RV rate (overcharged).

Picnic at DRIVE DENNY's in the truck.

Then road towards COTON WOOD after having emptied the Black + Grey Water tanks but no possible filling of the Clear Water tank.

The sky darkens, rain on the road.

We arrive at our camp site at 7pm as the sun is setting.

We found a BLM from MARANA in Arizona. (32°36'45.08 "N, 111°14'33.7 "W)

The sky is now magnificent, a gradation of orange tints on a blue background. We are surrounded by small bulls in the middle of candlestick cactus. It is +/-20°C.

It is magnificent.

BBQ

Then evening on the Internet in search of the bikes. The search was interrupted by the reception of Ariane's message inviting French people temporarily in the USA to return while it was still possible. We are far from everything and everyone, more surrounded by coyotes and crows than by humans and yet, doubt settles in our minds.

We will have to call the embassy tomorrow morning.

Wake up with the birds and the sun. Notre campement est fantastique !

8:04 AM Departure from the Cactus camp to go to TUCSON and the Gilbert Ray camp (32°13'07.94 "N, 111°08'34.32 "W)

Small road strewn with cactus. The climate is hot and sunny. Very surprising.

We arrived at the camp at the end of the morning and discovered the Corona virus sanitary measures in force, the entry one person at a time. At the reception, the clients are separated from the hostess by an additional table to increase the social distance between people.

The camp is half empty. We leave to empty our tanks of Black and Grey water and to refill with clear water then, let's come back to settle in our spot (place A33) this time between two neighbors.

Never very fun but, this RV Park is not too bad located in the middle of cactus.

The afternoon was devoted to laundry and various repairs (oiling of the hinges).

The heat to which we are not yet accustomed overwhelms us a little. It is 32°C

We finish the day with a small hike from the camp.

Campground Traihead which will lead us to the city "Old Tucson" created from scratch for the cinema.

Unfortunately because of Corona everything is closed, it is impossible to enter and visit.

Back to the camp for the meal.

Small evening cards.
